Publisher and scope
This website is published by DRAW YOUR BODY LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms govern access to the website, its free resources, coaching applications and consulting enquiries. Any signed proposal or coaching agreement takes priority for the service it covers.
Coaching
Submitting an application or booking a discovery call does not create a coaching contract or require payment. Scope, communication, duration, price, cancellation rules and service terms are agreed before coaching starts. Payment is requested only after an offer has been confirmed.
Resources
Performance protocols provide general training information. They are not individualized coaching, medical advice or a guarantee of results. You remain responsible for choosing an appropriate training level and for seeking qualified medical advice when needed.
Payments and digital programs
Stripe processes agreed coaching fees and program purchases. The price, currency and whether a payment is one-off or recurring are shown before checkout. Any additional purchase terms, including applicable withdrawal information for digital content supplied immediately, are presented before the order is confirmed.
Access and guidance emails
Once payment is confirmed, the buyer receives personal access to the program. They may choose a start date to activate a short email sequence aligned with the program’s stages. This sequence is optional and can be stopped at any time without affecting purchased access. It supports a self-guided program and is not individual coaching.
Intellectual property
The DRAW YOUR BODY name, visual identity, website content and training documents are protected. Resources are for personal use unless written permission states otherwise. They may not be resold, republished or distributed.
External services
The website links to services including Calendly, Stripe, Instagram and YouTube. Their own terms apply when you use those services.
Availability and applicable law
DRAW aims to keep the website accurate and available but may update, suspend or remove content. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher’s place of establishment, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
