YOUR INFORMATION.

How DRAW handles the information you choose to share.

Who is responsible for your information

DRAW YOUR BODY LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to drawyourbody@gmail.com.

The application records your contact details, sport, current training and goal so DRAW can review and respond to your request. Do not include medical documents or detailed medical history.

Consulting enquiries

Your name, work email, organisation, location, area of interest, indicative timeline and project description are recorded to review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include confidential commercial documents in this form.

Free resources

The resource form records your first name, email, language preference and marketing choice. Downloading a protocol does not constitute marketing consent. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn.

If you choose the Run Better follow-up and confirm your email address, you receive three messages over three weeks, including guidance and program offers. Every message lets you unsubscribe at any time. Your initial choice and confirmation are timestamped to retain evidence of consent. Access to the PDF is independent of this subscription.

DRAW counts verified file deliveries by program, format and language to monitor resource distribution. This operational counter stores no IP address, cookie or visitor identifier. For purchases, the order reference also indicates whether files have been retrieved. A delivery does not prove that the document was saved or read.

Paid programs and guidance

When you buy a program, DRAW records your email, language, order and access status. If you choose a start date, it is used to time short guidance emails connected to the program. This choice is optional. Every message lets you stop the sequence without losing the access you purchased.

Member space and training profile

Access to the member space uses your email address, a temporary single-use code and a secure session. To personalise your experience, DRAW records the display name, goal, level, weekly availability, equipment and organisational context you choose to provide. You can also save or clear a daily status — as planned, reduced or recovery — to keep one simple marker in your journey. Physical-constraint information is optional: it is recorded only with your explicit consent, encrypted before storage and used solely to adapt the training experience. No diagnosis or medical document is requested.

Storage and service providers

Submissions, orders, selected start dates, access and delivery status, member sessions and training profiles, and consented anonymous interaction data are stored through Sites and Cloudflare. Resend receives the email address, language and only the content needed to send an access code or program-related message. Calendly handles discovery-call bookings. Stripe processes payments without DRAW storing your card number. YouTube is accessed through external links. These providers apply their own privacy terms.

Why information is used

Application and enquiry information is used to take steps at your request before a possible coaching or consulting agreement. Order and account data is used to provide, secure and restore your access. The training profile and daily status are used to present more relevant content and guidance; no session is changed automatically from that status. Optional physical-constraint information relies on your explicit consent. Marketing messages rely on your consent. Program guidance emails are activated only after you choose a start date.

Retention

Unsuccessful applications and enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last contact. Order and access data is kept only as long as needed for delivery, support and contractual, accounting or legal obligations. The member profile is retained while the account or an access remains active, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, subject to those obligations. You can withdraw consent and clear physical-constraint information from your profile, or request account deletion by email. Unsubscribing cancels future guidance emails without removing purchased access.

Browser preferences

Session storage retains referral information during your visit. Local storage saves your optional analytics preference. Optional analytics are off by default. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact drawyourbody@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority where you live.
